Hi! My name is Carly Bartlett, and I am a background artist and colour designer from Vancouver, BC.  I am a graduate from the 2D Animation and Visual Development Diploma Program at Capilano University. I have previously worked as both a bg painter and a colour designer on a production with Atomic Cartoons. I am currently available for work.
